Through immersive technologies like Virtual and Extended Reality, VRiMS WINS creates new avenues for connection, mentorship, and skill development — bridging geographical and institutional gaps to ensure every aspiring surgeon can learn, lead, and thrive.

From synchronised VR training sessions connecting women surgeons across continents to global outreach projects in low-resource settings, VRiMS WINS is redefining what inclusion in surgery looks like — one headset, one opportunity, and one breakthrough at a time.
